Mr James T Dominguez: CBE AM (Chairman)
Mr Dominguez has had an extensive career in the Australian financial world. In 1976 he founded the Stock Exchange firm of Dominguez and Barry and he was later Executive Chairman of Dominguez Barry Samuel Montagu and SBC Dominguez Barry, a subsidiary of Swiss Bank Corp. The firm is now UBS Warburg Australia.

Mr Dominguez has served on a number of Boards either as Chairman or Director. Today his involvements (domestic and international) include eChoice, E*Trade, Fuji Xerox (Japan), James Fielding Holdings, Nestle Australia, O'Connell Street Associates, Tat Hong Holdings (Singapore) and Zurich Scudder Investments.
 
Mr Alistair Hanley
Mr Hanley is an experienced chartered accountant having practiced in Sydney for over 30 years. He is currently a partner of Ruwald & Evans and specialises in advising small businesses and high worth individuals on taxation, management and financial issues. Mr Hanley has been involved with PKS since its inception in 1996. He represents the founder shareholders on the Board.
 
Mr William Pooley: MA (Camb) Law
Mr Pooley is a retired solicitor, born in Singapore and educated in the United Kingdom. He studied engineering before war service in Europe. Afterwards he practiced law in Norwich UK as a partner in the (now national) firm of Mills & Reeve, and briefly at intervals in Western Australia and Tasmania. He was a director of Pointer Group plc, a UK public company. He has for many years been the principal director of private family companies in the UK in the property, development, building and hotel industries. Mr Pooley has been involved with PKS since 1999 and represents RDR Management on the Board of Directors.
 
Mr Harry Karelis: BSc (Hons), MBA, ASIA, CFA, FAICD
Harry Karelis graduated from the University of Western Australia with an honours degree in microbiology as well as a Master of Business Administration. He has also qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the Association for Investment Management and Research in the United States, is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has 10 years experience in the finance industry as an analyst and fund manager including several years in Singapore with a major international bank. He is the Managing Director of BioTech Capital Limited, a specialist investor in the
life-sciences sector in Australia.
