14-Dec-2011

Auditor - Resent cases not being removed from queues In the previous release, if a case was waiting to be reviewed on an Auditor queue, and if the case was subsequently updated in the LIS and resent, then the original case was not always updated. This has now been fixed. In particular, if the updated case no longer satisfies the conditions for being put on that Auditor queue, the original case will be removed from that queue.

Knowledge Builder - new expression syntax "as set" You can now write expressions involving sets of attribute values. These expressions may be used in rule conditions or for defining Calculated Value Attributes.

Knowledge Builder - editing a Calculated Value Attribute In the previous release, there could be a long delay before commencing to edit a Calculated Value Attribute when using the Attribute Editor. This has now been fixed.

Knowledge Builder - adding blank values to a List Attribute In the previous release, you were not prevented from adding a blank (i.e. illegal) value to a List Attribute from the Knowledge Builder's case view pop-up menu. This has now been fixed.

Knowledge Builder - Facility to delete a case on the Interface Case List In the previous release, if a case needed to be deleted from the Interface Case List, your only option as a Support user was to purge the list using the Support menu. You now have the facility to select and delete specific cases from the Interface Case List.

Intelligent Forms - Facility to change the TCP port In the previous release, the Intelligent Forms TCP port was set to 8081. There is now an Administrator server setting for this port that you can change if the default value is already allocated.

Server - ability to process negative values in a reference range The server can now process negative values in a reference range, e.g. [-7.0 - -1.0]in messages received from the Online Information System.
